I am looking for a Victorian themed wedding dress with a high collar in a size 0-2, I can’t seem to find ANYthing that catches my eye, I may be picky, but this day should be perfect right? So keep in mind I am very modest in my dress style and want something very classy and old school, if you will. Please help if you have any suggestions.

If you don’t mind a second hand gown, you could check out some antique stores in your town. You may find an authentic Victorian gown that you could have altered to fit your (lucky you!) small size.
You may just want to try to google the words "Victorian wedding gowns", and see what you come up with.
You could also rent a victorian gown from a costume rental shop, but I’m sure you want to own the gown.

you never know what other people might be trying to get rid of.
Also, you could find a victorian style dress and have a high collar made or have it perfected the way you want it, when you get your dress fitted.
